ASSOCIATION FEES & OTHER
Association fees cover the maintenance and operation of the building and include the following:
- Staffing by Property Manager, Concierge, Valet and Janitorial
- Hazard and Liability Insurance
- Exterior Common Area Building Maintenance & Replacement
- Landscaping
- Swimming Pool Maintenance
- Interior Common Area Maintenance
- Parking Garage Security Maintenance
- Common Area Utilities
- Garbage Pick up
Rental Policy – Leasing is limited to hardship situations and subject to approval of the Association Board.
Pets – A maximum of two pets are allowed.The property has two gated dog parks.
